Phyt Boot Camp
Our Phyt Boot Camp classes are designed to give you the best possible workout in only 30 minutes. During these 30 minutes, we combine resistance training and cardio to bring you a High Intensity Interval Training workout that will leave you feeling great!
Boot Camp classes are for all fitness levels. We will meet you where you are in your fitness journey and be alongside you every step of the way.
At Boot Camp you will get support, 1:1 personal training from our nationally certified coaches and the push that is needed to help you break through the ordinary and overcome obstacles to maximize your results.
Our workouts are delivered in a high energy and non intimidating atmosphere. These workouts will create an After Burn Effect which leaves your body burning calories at a significantly increased level for hours after the workout is complete. If you are looking to lose weight, blast fat and/or gain strong lean muscle this is the perfect program for you.
Small Group Weight Training
Take your strength to the next level.
Weight training has MANY benefits for both men and women. Building more muscle will not only change your body shape, increase your strength and confidence, but it also increases your bone density, improves your mood, reduces injuries and improves your heart health ❤!
You will work in small groups with a nationally certified trainer who will ensure you are performing the exercises safely. The workouts are designed to build muscle in a positive nonintimidating atmosphere where you can push yourself and feel great about it.
Lifting heavy weights is a great way to get the shape of the body that you may be seeking, not make it bigger. Our small group training program is focused on gaining strength and increasing muscle tissue, but not bulking up your diet and bulking up your body.

Yoga brings an important element to your health and fitness. Yoga builds strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. Physical benefits include increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved digestion, improved respiration, energy and vitality, circulatory health, protection from injury and much more.
Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness, increased body awareness, relieves chronic stress patterns, relaxes the mind, centers attention and sharpens concentration.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga focuses on the awareness of breath while flowing into various postures. This class encompasses many different types of yoga making it a true detox for the mind and body.
All levels are welcome.
Pilates will also be incorporated into some classes to strengthen your abdomen and pelvis and well as maintain good posture.
