Hello! I am the proud owner of this amazing boutique gym. I am so thankful for this amazing and incredible team at Phyt who share the same passion of making an impact in the community.

I have been passionate about health and wellness for over 15 years and have always known I wanted to use my passion to serve others. In 2014 my first gym was opened! 

When I am not on the mats coaching or working out I love to spend time with my daughter Avery (15), being outside being active in any way, loving on my pup Maggie (pictured here), crunching numbers (I also write mortgages), traveling or boating! Summer is my favorite season and pizza is my favorite food.

Not only have I been able to play a role in transforming lives, Phyt Phyzique has changed my life. I have a family here that is irreplaceable.

Andrea Miller

Program Administrator & Coach

Hello! My name is Andrea, but most call me Annie. I have always been extremely active with a passion for helping others. In addition to being part fo the Phyt team, I am currently working on my bachelors degree in social work with a minor in psychology. In my earlier college years, I was a student-athlete competing in track & field, which is why my favorite exercises at boot camp are all about the core!

I love being out out with friends & family enjoying nature, taking walks at the state parks and basically anything outside like camping and fishing are my favorites.  I also enjoy drawing, painting and watching movies with my family. At home, our family consists of my boyfriend, Chad, his kiddos Gabby and Carson and our small pup named Parker. 

I love being in the health and fitness environment and a part of Phyt Phyzique. The team and members here have quickly become a family to me and the community and culture is incredible.

Facility Leader & Coach

For over fifteen years, I have enjoyed being a health and fitness professional. I began my studies at GVSU earning a Bachelors in Clinical Exercise Science, and went on to further my education at Western Michigan University achieving a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Today, I now offer current professional certifications in – ACSM Exercise Physiologist, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and TRX.

Here at Phyt Phyzique, I love to focus on functional movement to connect exercises in the gym with movements in day to day life. My in-depth experience includes working with a wide range of clientele – such as athletes (at all levels), post heart attack patients, paraplegic and general weight loss clients.

In my spare time I love being outside hiking, disc golfing and exploring nature with my fiance Liz and two sons Quill (2) and Landon (10).

Jordyn Price


I have always had a passion for health and fitness, and for the past 4 years I have been a fitness professional. Since a very young age I knew that I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to help others.

I was born and raised in Arizona where I attended Mesa Community College. I married my high school sweetheart and we’ve been together for ten years – and have two awesome pups! When I’m not breaking a sweat at the gym I love traveling to new places, going on hikes, wakeboarding, or soaking up the sun on a boat or at the beach!

Jessie DeWent


Hello! I have been coaching in the fitness industry for over 6 years now. Motivating and challenging people to do their best and have fun with fitness is a passion of mine! 

I began coaching after graduating from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Exercise Science – 2014. After college, I went on to receive my Group Exercise and Personal Trainer Certifications and in 2019 I received a certification in Precision Nutrition Level 1.

I am not only a coach and a wife, but I’m a new mother! I have been married to my best friend for seven years now and we recently welcomed a baby girl (Harper) in November 2019. We both enjoy working out and staying active and you can find us having friendly competition when we exercise. When we are not working out at Phyt Phyzique, you can find us running together, going to the beach, camping/backpacking, participating in Spartan Races, traveling, watching movies, spending time with family and friends and creating new memories with Harper!  

A couple other fun facts about me, I have a twin sister, I love dogs and I am a devoted fan of the show The Walking Dead. We’ve only missed one episode (we were on vacation) in all the past 10 years it has been on. 

For the past 4 years I have been coaching HIIT workouts, I love the challenge it brings with it! HIIT allows the biggest calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. The best workouts are the ones that challenge you in every way possible which is why Metabolic Conditioning is my favorite form of training at Phyt Phyzique.

My favorite quote is “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you”. Get ready to get out of your comfort zone and create a new, stronger, more confident you!

I have been in the fitness world since 2016, and have found a deep passion for serving people by helping them get healthy. I believe deeply in leading by example and practicing what I preach! 

In my free time, I love getting outdoors and “adventuring” with my 2 boys hiking, kayaking or sports of any kind. I also enjoy reading and furthering my personal development.

A fun fact about me is that I consider myself a minimalist. I have reduced my possessions and cost of living drastically over the last few years and hope to build a mobile tiny house soon! 

I have found Phyt Phyzique and the “Phyt fam” to be not only effective and efficient workouts, but truly a great family where everyone strives to better themselves and the people around them!

Linda Douglas


I’m 48 yrs old and a life-long resident of Grand Haven.  My love of physical fitness came at the age of 33 when I was diagnosed with a 95% blockage in my coronary artery and had to have a stent placed in it. 

Attending group fitness classes became a huge part of my life, and it wasn’t long before I was asked to begin teaching some! It’s history from there…
I have been a nationally certified group instructor for 5 yrs now with an additional Ace Nutrition Specialist certification.  I’m also certified in The Fundamentals of Structural Assessment for the body.

I have 2 amazing sons and a grand baby. Summer is my favorite season and I enjoy anything that involves being in the sun or on the water! In my spare time I am usually working out or teaching myself Spanish.  I love any kind of workout that builds muscle strength – especially in the upper body! Kettlebells, dumbbells, and TRX straps are my jam!

Leslie Roberts

Yoga Instructor

I am a lover of art, yoga, and outdoor adventures. An art teacher by day and an artist and yogi by night. I have been independently practicing yoga for nearly ten years, and have used yoga as my go to practice to maintain my health and wellness. I suffer from chronic pain that at times is debilitating.

Yoga has also been an amazing emotional and spiritual outlet for myself. My goal as a yoga instructor is to bring a holistic approach to each class.  I do this by helping students learn the fundamentals of yoga, build functional movement skills and develop neuroplasticity through gratitude work and meditation.  In turn, I hope students will find peace, experience joy, and learn to become consistent in a practice that can help them on many different levels. 

It doesn’t matter one’s experience level or flexibility level. All that matters is a willingness to show up to your mat in order to grow and allow yourself to learn how to listen to your body, your emotions, and your mind.
