How many classes may I attend?

Phyt Boot Camp memberships offer unlimited boot camp sessions! A La Carte options are based on package or drop in. Please inquire for more information.

Can I do this?

Yes! Everyone has to start somewhere, boot camp is a perfect place to be surrounded by people who asked themselves the same question before joining. No one is born knowing how to do a burpee or having the endurance of a long distance runner. You’ll start to feel great about it in no time.
